Marketing & Communications Coordinator

    Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 inc super

    In this role, you’ll work closely with the Communications Manager to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that elevate the firm’s profile across digital and traditional channels. You’ll help bring the organisation’s story to life, crafting engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and supporting business growth through thoughtful communication.


    Key Responsibilities:

    You’ll play a key role in implementing the firm’s marketing strategy by:

    • Creating written content for news articles, thought leadership, newsletters, and industry reports that showcase the firm’s people, projects, and expertise.
    • Managing and updating website content, including employee and project profiles.
    • Developing and delivering social media campaigns that align with business goals, including performance reporting via Google Analytics and other digital tools.
    • Producing marketing collateral such as brochures, capability statements, presentations, and promotional materials in Canva, in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer.
    • Coordinating award submissions and speaker profiles for industry conferences and events.
    • Maintaining the marketing engagement schedule and inbox.

    Additionally, you’ll also provide occasional support to the front of house team, ensuring a warm, professional welcome for clients and guests, and assisting with meeting coordination.

    About You:

    You’re a confident communicator with a flair for writing and design. You thrive in a busy, professional environment where no two days are the same, and you enjoy collaborating with experts who are passionate about what they do.

    Ideally, you bring:

    • 1-2 years experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline (property or professional services experience advantageous).
    • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
    • Working knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and web content management systems.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
