About the Role
As Business Readiness Analyst, you will:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support data cloud initiatives, focusing on adoption, reporting, and business process improvements
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for risks
- Engage stakeholders across SEMPHN, from frontline staff to Directors and Executive Directors, ensuring effective communication and adoption
- Assess training needs, develop learning programs, and provide ongoing support to build data literacy and a data-driven culture
- Track success metrics, monitor change progress, and report on outcomes to leadership
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Project Managers to capture and clarify business requirements related to cloud systems and data reporting
- Participate in user acceptance testing, sprint planning, and backlog reviews to support readiness objectives
Your work will directly influence SEMPHN’s transformation into a data-driven organisation and enhance the delivery of primary healthcare services across the region.
About You
You bring:
- Proven experience in organisational change management, particularly in digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) and practical application in technology implementations
- Experience driving user adoption and culture change in data or technology-focused environments
- Project management skills, including working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, and an understanding of data governance frameworks
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach to building buy-in and momentum for change
