The Role Includes:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly
- Liaising with customers and internal teams
- Data entry
- Creating social media posts
- General administration tasks
The Successful applicant for this role will be able to consistently demonstrate the following:
- This virtual role suits an individual with excellent computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Attention to detail is a must, with both efficiency and accuracy in data entry

- The ability to understand and follow procedures exactly

Tools you will need include:
- An appropriate home office setup with dual screen computer and the ability for video conferencing
- High-speed internet with printing and scanning facilities
- Microsoft Office Suite available on your computer
- Mobile phone will be provided
