About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Service Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across three key areas — Warehouse Administration, Office Administration, and Safety, Quality & Environment. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across warehouse, office, and safety functions
- Manage quotes and liaise with customers and vendors daily
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing goods, stock organisation, and packing/shipping
- Assist with safety roles as Fire Warden and First Aid Officer
- Support WHS practices and ensure safe manual handling
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or warehouse/logistics support
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude
- Confident working with MS Office, iAuditor, Zoho (Sales), and ERP systems such as NetSuite (training provided)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Forklift Licence, First Aid, and Fire Warden certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical
