About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter at Cavalo Prestige, you will:
- Identify and source parts for internal repair orders using OEM catalogues and supplier networks
- Prepare accurate quotes in Eclipse and assign parts to the correct RO
- Align parts supply with our Super Service Triage system to keep workflow moving
- Communicate closely with our Parts Manager, Workshop Controller and Service Advisors
- Monitor ETAs, manage delays, and offer alternative solutions when required
- Receipt stock, manage inventory accuracy, and maintain a clean, organised parts space
- Support stocktakes, supplier returns, and ongoing inventory processes
- Uphold Cavalo’s premium brand standards in communication, presentation, and conduct
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Parts Interpreter in a dealership or busy workshop
- Strong knowledge of European/prestige vehicles (highly regarded)
- Confidence navigating EPCs, supplier networks and workshop systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaborative working style
- Strong organisation, accuracy, and ownership of your role
