Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce precise components.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating Bandsaws and other CNC machinery.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of bandsaw operating experience is required
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Advanced technical drawing interpretation skills are essential for this position
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in machine operation.
- Australian work rights are required for this position
