Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
What We’re Looking For
- A qualification in IT (Advanced Diploma or Bachelor) with relevant hands-on experience
- Someone who takes initiative and learns on the fly
- A great communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Friendly, well-presented, and reliable with strong time management
- Valid C-Class driver’s licence and access to a car
- Technical
- Supporting desktops, Servers, M365 environments
- Supporting Azure AD, Entra, Intune and Hyper-V
- Performing a wide variety of support across many technologies
- Networking experience with Fortinet and Ubiquiti
- Occasional project team work to deploy solutions for customers
Your Day-to-day
- Answer calls and provide remote support to our customers
- Provide onsite support to clients across various industries
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers and networking equipment
- Deliver top-notch customer service with a smile
