IT Service Desk Support

    Location: East Perth, Perth WA

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: AUD 40 – 44 per hour

    As part of our client’s Service Delivery team, you’ll be the first point of contact for technology-related issues, providing high-quality support for hardware, software, mobile devices and internal systems. You’ll work in a collaborative, ITIL-aligned environment, supporting a wide range of users and technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-level support for IT systems and services
    • Install, maintain and support technology systems
    • Perform account management (Active Directory, Exchange)
    • Maintain accurate records in the ITSM toolset
    • Support technology projects and process improvements

    About You:

    • ITIL Foundation certified or experience in an ITIL environment
    • Strong technical aptitude in IT support
    • Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
