Salary: AUD 40 – 44 per hour
As part of our client’s Service Delivery team, you’ll be the first point of contact for technology-related issues, providing high-quality support for hardware, software, mobile devices and internal systems. You’ll work in a collaborative, ITIL-aligned environment, supporting a wide range of users and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for IT systems and services
- Install, maintain and support technology systems
- Perform account management (Active Directory, Exchange)
- Maintain accurate records in the ITSM toolset
- Support technology projects and process improvements
About You:
- ITIL Foundation certified or experience in an ITIL environment
- Strong technical aptitude in IT support
- Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
