We are currently seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys operating modern, well-maintained machinery, and thrives in a professional but close-knit team environment.
About the Role
- Operate graders to final trim tolerances on road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects
- Read and work from design plans, cross-sections, and levels
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Conduct daily pre-starts, basic maintenance, and report any plant issues promptly
- Work across various regional council areas, with projects generally based within SEQ and South West QLD
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in final trim grading for civil roadworks
- Ability to operate using both GPS and manual trim
- Current driver’s licence (HR or higher preferred)
- White Card (and relevant plant tickets)
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality outcomes
- Flexibility for regional travel when required
