- Preparation of sales agreements and contract documentation
- Other general admin duties using Microsoft package
- Data entry
- Filing, document control and archiving on completion
Spare Parts Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reordering of supplies as required
- Assisting with Ordering/Recieving
- Assisting with Part Sales & Freight Logisitics
Requirements
- Drivers License
- Prior use & understanding of accounting software like Xero or MYOB
Days/Hours of Work & Categorisation
- Monday to Friday on-site
- 9am – 3pm
- Permanent Part Time

The successful applicant must have a good understanding of accounts plus strong computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as the ability to adapt and learn new programs and processes. As well as;
