Admin/Accounts Responsibilities

    • Front office reception
    • Receival and handling of telephone enquiries
    • Accounts Payable & Receiveable + Reconciling
    • Payroll
    • BAS, Super, PAYG
    • Preparation of sales agreements and contract documentation
    • Other general admin duties using Microsoft package
    • Data entry
    • Filing, document control and archiving on completion

    Spare Parts Assistant Responsibilities

    • Assist with tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reordering of supplies as required
    • Assisting with Ordering/Recieving
    • Assisting with Part Sales & Freight Logisitics

    Requirements

    • Drivers License
    • Prior use & understanding of accounting software like Xero or MYOB

    Days/Hours of Work & Categorisation

    • Monday to Friday on-site
    • 9am – 3pm
    • Permanent Part Time

    The Successfull Applicant

    The successful applicant must have a good understanding of accounts plus strong computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as the ability to adapt and learn new programs and processes. As well as;

    • Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgment
