Accounts & Office Manager

    Location: Mackay, Mackay & Coalfields QLD

    Job Type: Part time

    Salary: $35 – $40 per hour

    About the role

    As Accounts & Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and obligations, with tasks across a range of services including:

    • Accounts receivable and debtor management
    • Invoicing and management of work dockets
    • Maintaining general ledger & bank reconciliation
    • Reconcile credit cards & expense accounts
    • Payroll functions including processing timesheets, management of entitlements, long service leave etc
    • HR support using Employment Hero

    Skills and experience we are seeking

    Respect, honesty and teamwork are the foundations of our success and we are looking for the same in you. Skills we are seeking include:

    • Strong accounts and financial experience, including accounts payable and receivable using Xero
    • Preparation of financial reports including Payroll tax, BAS & IAS
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • High level of competency with Microsoft Office programs
    • Current drivers license
