Salary: $67,000 – $72,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable duties, including preparing purchase orders, managing invoices, setting up new vendor accounts, reconciling company credit card payments, and preparing payment lists.
- Support accounts receivable tasks, including banking, payment allocation, and invoicing.
- Assist the customer service team by answering phone calls, entering customer orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage both accounts and customer service duties efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role with accounts payable responsibilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in accounts receivable and customer service is an added bonus.
