Senior Restoration Technicians play a key role in leading restoration jobs, supervising junior technicians, and ensuring work is carried out to IICRC and industry standards. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced technical skills, leadership on-site, and the ability to communicate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Job Delivery & Technical Expertise
· Lead and deliver restoration projects, including water, fire, and mould.
· Conduct site assessments, moisture mapping, and scoping of works.
· Set up, operate, and monitor drying and restoration equipment.
· Perform advanced remediation, and treatment tasks.
· Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and company procedures.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
· Communicate professionally with clients, insurers, builders, and loss adjusters.
· Provide clear updates on job progress and manage customer expectations.
· Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Compliance & Reporting
· Complete accurate job documentation.
· Ensure OH&S standards are followed on all job sites.
· Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards.

Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Restoration Technician.
· IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) essential; Fire & Smoke and Mould Remediation highly desirable.
· Experience leading jobs and supervising small teams.
· Current driver’s licence (mandatory).
· White Card / OH&S certification (preferred).
