About the Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 properties. You will have strong support from experienced administration staff, a leasing consultant, and an inspections officer allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service to your tenants and owners.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ property management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable vehicle and a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to client service
- Comfortable using or willing to learn industry software
