We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the growth of our products and services.
As a Client Relations Lead, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, supporting Business Development Managers and collaborating across departments to drive operational efficiency. You will assess risks, process quotes and endorsements, and ensure compliance with underwriting standards, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client care.
Job Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tier 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of underwriting standards and procedures
- Proven experience in client service or insurance operations is highly regarded
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client enquiries via phone and email
- Assess insurance risks and determine appropriate premiums, excesses, and coverage
- Process endorsements, cancellations, quotations, and online referrals
- Support BDMs with product placement and urgent requests
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and service delivery
