Your Role as a Secrets Store Manager:
- Lead & Inspire – Coach and elevate your team to success.
- Own the Results – Drive sales and performance with strategic planning.
- Deliver Luxury – Create unforgettable experiences for every customer.
- Grow Your Business – Build a loyal client base and run your store like it’s your own.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets!).
- A track record of team development and business growth.
- A passion for premium customer service.
- Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
- Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience.
