    Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration & Operations Support Specialist to assist the Principal Consultant and a team of Rehabilitation Consultants working within occupational medicine.

    This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and supporting consultants who deliver client-focused rehabilitation and return-to-work services. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations, maintaining administrative efficiency, and helping the consulting team focus on delivering quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and operational support to the Principal Consultant and other Rehabilitation Consultants across multiple projects.
    • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and communications with clients, referrers, and medical professionals.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in Intuit Works and other internal systems.
    • Assist with reporting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
    • Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimisation across the consulting team.
    • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, privacy requirements, and industry standards.
    • Manage and organise digital files, databases, and project resources.

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience in administration, operations management, or consultancy support, ideally within healthcare, allied health, or occupational rehabilitation.
    • Familiarity with iinsight or similar case management systems will be highly regarded.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, WorkCover QLD Portal and online collaboration tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
