We just launched our first ever retail store at Westfield Marion and are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused retail staff to join us our team.
This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing eCommerce brand in a face-to-face retail environment.
About the Role:
You’ll be working at our NEW retail store in Westfield Marion, helping customers explore and purchase our range of wireless charging accessories. You’ll need to be confident demonstrating tech/charging products, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers and demonstrating SnapWireless products
- Processing sales using a POS system (Shopify POS experience a bonus)
- Meeting daily/weekly sales targets
- Keeping the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually on-brand
- Assisting with inventory checks
About You:
- Previous sales experience in tech, lifestyle, or accessory retail (e.g. mobile accessories, Apple, JB Hi-Fi, Telstra etc)
- Confident communicator who loves helping customers
- Comfortable learning and explaining product features
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, late-night trade, and peak periods (Black Friday, December rush)
- Bonus: You’re into tech, travel, or sleek product design

- Casual hourly rate + penalty rates on weekends/public holidays
- Future plans for commission structures
- Progression opportunity into a Lead Role for the right candidate. (To be in charge of running the day to day operations of the pop up)
