    We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers, and Machine Operators, to work at our blue-chip client sites, specialising in the dairy and food industry, located in TullamarineCampbellfield and Thomastown.

    As a Production Worker you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of dairy products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Food Production: Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality food products.
    • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet company standards and food safety regulations.
    • Packaging: Efficiently pack and label products for distribution.
    • Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to hygiene protocols.
    • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • ExperiencePrior experience in a food production or food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in operating and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
    • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in work.
    • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads with ease. Heavy lifting up to 25 Kgs.
    • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
    • Food Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
    • Chiller environment: Must be comfortable working in a chiller environment between 3°C and 8°C.
