Salary: $32 – $34 per hour
The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate picking and packing of customer orders, wholesale orders, replenishing stock, completing stocktakes, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner to meet dispatch deadlines.
- Stock Replenishment: Refill shelves and storage areas with incoming stock, ensuring items are stored correctly and safely.
- Inventory Control: Assist with regular stocktakes and inventory checks, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Warehouse Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse by following housekeeping procedures and WHS standards.
- General Warehouse Duties: Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required, including unpacking deliveries and preparing outgoing shipments.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit – able to lift and move stock safely
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
Working Hours:
- Casual hours from now until Dec (with potential for ongoing causal shifts)
- Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 4:30pm.
- Rostered as required, with flexibility for peak holiday periods
