What You’ll Do
🛒 Customer Care – assist guests with product selections, answer questions, and provide warm, memorable service
📦 Stock & Inventory – manage stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and receive deliveries
🎀 Visual Merchandising – ensure displays are on‑brand, tidy, and inviting
🧼 Store Standards – maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail experience (stock management highly regarded)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/public holidays
Passion for the Hello Kitty brand and creating joyful guest experiences
A positive, team‑first attitude and willingness to learn
